Lulu is about 8 yrs old and came in with Beau. They came to DBHR after their owner died. They were loved and it shows. Lulu is a big girl with some minor skin issues we are working on. She LOVES people, toys, other dogs, food... and is 1000% basset. She can go flat Basset faster than any foster we have had before if she doesn't want to do what you'd like... or if she thinks her belly needs rubbed, which is all the time! She knows what she wants and has to be to be in the middle of the action. She needs a very secure fenced in yard, or she will get out and look for excitement and she is good at that. Also with her wandering ways, she shouldn't be given access to the yard if you are not home...Again she is a major social butterfly!
