Update!! Duke has been adopted!!! He also doesn't have cancer!! But the wonderful people who adopted him... Cindy & Nicki didn't know he was cancer free till they came to get him, Thank you both for being his Angels.

Dear Friends
I have a favor to ask of you. I am a fella in a bit of a fix. You see I may have cancer. I am not really worried about that though, I want to spend the rest of my life (however long) sharing my LOVE with a Special Friend. I have been a loyal and faithful friend all my life and was repayed for that generosity by being "dumped" out- when I needed a friend the most. Sad story I know- but I am a " future" kinda guy and will not dwell, or be controlled by some bad luck. I am looking for the future and and would love to spend it with you.
I am not in pain (only that from a lonely heart), and can swipe food from the counter with the best of them!!! I am kind, and so loving, and am faithful. I am the real deal. My fondest wish and hope is to spend my time with a kind face, a soft touch, and warm words. I know you are out there- I just have to find you. Don't think I will be an expense-- just a little pain medication when the time comes (right now I feel wonderful and hopeful). Someone to hold my big paw, and tell me I am loved and I was valued. Such a small request from such a worthy Guy!
I really need your HELP! Could you consider giving me my fondest wish? You will not regret it. I will give to you Love and happiness -more than will last a life time, and all I will ask of you is to Love me and be with me, and when, finally my work here is done and I am called to the Rainbow Brige, I will go forward and Know I was Loved and I made a difference to your Heart, and I will be remembered. Every night when I bow my Big Sweet Head and and put my oversized paws together- and make my sweet request- I think of you, and how much you could love me and how thankful I will be. When I look up and see those stars shining from above I know my wish is hanging there just waiting for your call. I know you are there and I know you need me -just like I need You!!!
