Febe is Fudge's sister.  She came in with Flash & Fudge. Fudges owner took her in when her family could no longer care for her. Febe is more outgoing  than Fudge & full of energy. Febe loves to run & play with the other fosters. She has a loving personality & unlike her sister she does bark at new things. She is a bit shy at first , but warms up pretty fast. She also needs more socialization like her sister... Febe is a smart funny lovable little girl, who never had time to be just a puppy... She will be a great companion that will keep you laughing!
